These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, 'T&C') govern access to and use of the website lavernogo.com (hereinafter, 'the site'), operated by Lavernogo S.R.L., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71845623-4, with legal domicile at Av. Santa Fe 1234, Floor 8, Office B, C1059ABT, Buenos Aires, Argentina, registered with the General Inspection of Justice (IGJ) and under Registration No. 1287 of the National Securities Commission (CNV). By accessing and using the site, you expressly accept these T&C in their entirety.

Lavernogo operates as an informational platform about real estate crowdlending opportunities in Argentina. The site provides general information about collective investment projects in urban and residential developments. The information published on the site is purely informative and does not constitute financial or legal advice, nor a public offering of securities under the terms of Capital Markets Law No. 26,831.
2. Requirements for use
